Revenue by customer
Customer concentration report
Enter one net-revenue total per customer for the same period and currency. See each customer’s share and how much your largest customers contribute.
Customer data stays in this page. It is not uploaded or saved automatically.
Import customer revenues
Download the example template or choose a completed CSV. The file is read and checked in your browser. No file data is uploaded. Nothing is saved automatically.
UTF-8 CSV only, up to 1 MiB and 500 customer records. Choosing a file only stages it; your current entries stay unchanged until you apply it.
CSV format and rules
The example template uses these input columns in exactly this order. The report variant adds only the calculated columns listed below. Do not translate or rename headers.
customer_concentration_v1,start_date,end_date,currency,customer_id,customer_name,revenueEach row must start with customer and repeat the same start_date, end_date and currency. Use YYYY-MM-DD dates and one row per case-sensitive customer_id. customer_name is optional; revenue is a nonnegative total for that period, using digits 0–9 and . with no grouping or currency symbols. Blank records and totals are refused.
Use CSV double quotes around text containing commas or quotes; double any quote inside a quoted field. The CSV downloads protect formula-looking text with a leading apostrophe, which import reverses. If your original text already has apostrophes before =, +, - or @, add one extra apostrophe in the CSV. IDs and names stay text, including leading zeros.
The report CSV appends these exact calculated columns. Percentages use two decimal places (60.00 means 60%); exact halfway values round up. Undefined percentages are empty with reason zero-total. Reimport ignores these calculated cells and recomputes them from the input columns.
share_percent,share_undefined_reason,total_revenue,top_one_revenue,top_one_share_percent,top_one_undefined_reason,top_five_revenue,top_five_share_percent,top_five_undefined_reasonPeriod and currency
These inclusive dates describe the revenue totals you supply. Changing the dates does not recalculate revenue from your books or filter transactions. Use dates from 1900 through 2100.
Use the three-letter code for the currency of all these revenues, such as USD. No currency conversion is performed.
Customer revenues
Use one row per customer ID. IDs are required and case-sensitive; surrounding spaces are removed. Names are optional labels, never grouping keys. Enter revenue after applying sales returns, customer credit notes and other adjustments once. Each revenue must be nonnegative. Enter numbers with digits 0–9 and a decimal point (.), without grouping separators or currency symbols. Fully blank rows are ignored.
Up to 500 customers; each revenue must be less than 1,000,000,000 in the selected currency. Customer IDs allow 60 characters and names 120.

Using your concentration report
Which totals should I enter?
Supply already-netted customer revenue for one inclusive date interval and one currency, with one row per stable customer ID. Reconcile those totals with your own revenue records before entry. This tool does not reconstruct historical revenue, convert currencies or treat unpaid invoice balances as revenue.
Does a large share mean a customer is too risky?
The report describes how your supplied revenue is distributed. It does not apply a universal risk threshold. Interpretation depends on your business, contracts and other facts; revenue concentration and receivables concentration use different inputs.
Where are my customer figures saved?
They remain in this page’s memory and are not uploaded or saved automatically. Reset clears the working draft. You do not need an account to use the report.
