The 1st of August. This preset is configured day-first, so there is nothing for you to change.

Does this handle foreign-currency purchases?

Yes — ING exports purchases in your account currency in the Amount column, even when you paid abroad. The converter uses that converted amount directly so your Beancount entries balance without extra steps.

Can I use this for multiple ING accounts?

Yes — if you hold several ING accounts, export each account's CSV separately and paste them one after another. Each file converts in isolation so transactions stay under the right account.
