Robinhood Markets, Inc. (HOOD) — Open Ledger

Robinhood's complete financial history, FY2023 through Q1 FY2026, modeled as a public, auditable plain-text Beancount ledger. Part of the Open Ledger project on beancount.io — public companies' income statements and balance sheets, reconstructed line-by-line from their own SEC filings and version-controlled in git.

Companion analysis: Robinhood Q4 FY2025 Earnings: From Meme-Stock Punchline to $1.9B Profit — So Why Did the Stock Drop 9%?

Quick Start

Zero output means the ledger is internally consistent — every income statement sums to zero, and every balance-sheet snapshot below reconciles to Robinhood's own filed totals.

Methodology

  • Balance sheet figures are asserted via pad/balance directives against each period's filed Form 10-K/10-Q — see the source comment at the top of each period file.
  • Income statement for each period is a single zero-sum transaction: Income accounts are negative (credit), Expenses positive (debit), with the arithmetic check shown in a comment directly above the transaction.
  • Basis note: Robinhood early-adopted SAB 122 in its FY2024 10-K (rescinding SAB 121), which retrospectively removed the "safeguarding obligation" gross-up of crypto assets/liabilities from the balance sheet. This ledger uses the restated (post-SAB-122) basis throughout for comparability — the FY2023 balances here are the FY2024 10-K's restated comparative, not the originally-filed FY2023 figures (which carried an extra ~$14.7B gross-up on both sides of the balance sheet).
  • All amounts are in MUSD (millions of US dollars); 1865 MUSD means $1.865 billion.
