NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) — Open Ledger

NVIDIA's complete financial history, quarterly from FY2024 through Q1 FY2027, modeled as a public, auditable plain-text Beancount ledger. Part of the Open Ledger project on beancount.io — public companies' income statements and balance sheets, reconstructed line-by-line from their own SEC filings and version-controlled in git.

Companion analysis: NVIDIA Q1 FY2027: $81.6B Revenue, and $15.9B of Net Income That Isn't From Chips

Quick Start

bash
uvx --from beancount bean-check main.bean

Zero output means the ledger is internally consistent — every income statement sums to zero, and every balance-sheet snapshot below reconciles to NVIDIA's own filed totals.

What's Inside

Each fiscal year has one directory containing quarterly (Q1.beanQ4.bean) and full-year (year.bean) files:

Fiscal YearDirectory
FY2024FY2024/
FY2025FY2025/
FY2026FY2026/
FY2027 (Q1 only so far)FY2027/

NVIDIA's fiscal year ends in late January, and its CIK is 0001045810.

Methodology

  • All figures sourced from SEC EDGAR XBRL data plus NVIDIA earnings press releases for the corresponding 10-K/10-Q filings.
  • Income statement for each period nets Income and Expenses accounts into retained earnings; balance sheet snapshots are asserted against each period's filed totals.
  • Amounts are in USD.
