What's Inside

Fiscal years end December 31 (SEC CIK 0000895421). FY2021–FY2025 come from Form 10-K filings and FY2026Q3 is the three months to September 30, 2026, from the 8-K earnings-release exhibits (unaudited; no 10-Q was filed) — which print only selected balance items, so that period carries income only and no balance assertions. Revenue is total net revenues and net income is the consolidated figure, before preferred dividends; common stock plus paid-in capital is net of treasury shares at cost (a debit balance from FY2023), and the offsetting employee-stock-trust lines net to zero and are omitted.

Quick Start

bash
uvx --from beancount bean-check main.bean
uvx --from beanquery bean-query main.bean \
"SELECT year, sum(position) WHERE account ~ '^Income:Revenue' GROUP BY year ORDER BY year"

Zero output from bean-check means the ledger is internally consistent: every
income statement sums to zero and every balance-sheet snapshot reconciles to
the filed totals. The query prints revenue by calendar year; income is a
credit, so it shows as a negative number. Open main.bean in Fava
or import it into beancount.io to explore it visually.

Methodology

  • Balance sheet — pad / balance directives assert each period-end
figure against the filing named in that period file's source banner.
  • Income statement — one zero-sum transaction per period: Income
negative (credit), Expenses positive (debit), with the arithmetic check in
    a comment directly above it.
  • Unit — MUSD; 20,338 MUSD means 20,338 million US dollars.
  • Bank chart — the provision for credit losses is Expenses:CostOfRevenue,
compensation is Expenses:CompensationAndBenefits, and each other
non-interest expense caption is its own Expenses:OperatingExpenses posting.
  • Combined lines — Assets:NonCurrent:LongTermInvestments holds AFS plus
HTM securities (a single investment-securities line in FY2021–FY2022) and
    Assets:NonCurrent:Loans holds held-for-investment plus held-for-sale, with
the split in each posting comment; borrowings is one face line on
    Liabilities:NonCurrent:LongTermDebt.
