FY2026Q2FY2026/FY2026Q2.beanForm 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (filed 2026-08-04)

Fiscal years end December 31 (SEC CIK 0001181412). Figures through Q1 2026 are sourced from SpaceX's Form S-1 registration statement (SEC EDGAR), filed in connection with its June 2026 IPO; Q2 2026 onward from its Form 10-Q filings. FY2024 and FY2025 are audited; FY2026Q1 (from the S-1) and FY2026Q2 (the first Form 10-Q) are unaudited. No FY2023 balance sheet is disclosed, so FY2023 appears only as an income statement in the comments of FY2024/FY2024.bean, and FY2026Q2 records the IPO-date conversion of the remaining redeemable convertible preferred stock into common stock. The reporting entity includes X Corp and xAI following their 2025 mergers into Space Exploration Technologies Corp. — hence the "AI" segment alongside "Space" (launch) and "Connectivity" (Starlink).

Quick Start

Zero output means the ledger is internally consistent — every income statement sums to zero, and every balance-sheet snapshot below reconciles to SpaceX's own filed totals.

Methodology

  • Balance sheet figures are asserted via pad/balance directives against the S-1's disclosed periods and, from FY2026Q2, the Form 10-Q — see the source comment at the top of each period file.
  • Income statement for each period is a single zero-sum transaction: Income accounts are negative (credit), Expenses positive (debit), with the arithmetic check shown in a comment directly above the transaction.
  • Redeemable convertible preferred stock is modeled as its own dedicated equity account (Equity:RedeemableConvertiblePreferredStock) — mezzanine equity, sitting outside both total liabilities and total shareholders' equity, as SpaceX itself presents it pre-IPO.
  • All amounts are in MUSD (millions of US dollars); 18674 MUSD means $18.674 billion.
